The organic beans from Finca el Flamingo come from a small but dedicated coffee cooperative in southern Mexico. Over 350 smallholder farmers have joined forces to invest in quality, sustainability, and the future in the wake of an economic crisis.
In the volcanic heights of Chiapas , on the edge of a large nature reserve, these high-quality Arabica varieties thrive under the best conditions. Hand-picked cherries, meticulous processing, and our gentle slow roasting at 176°C ensure a unique flavor profile:

Each ripe red coffee cherry is painstakingly picked by hand. The location, processing, selection of rare coffees, and our precise slow roasting process (176°C – 27 minutes roasting time) give this coffee its fantastic aromas – red apple, caramel, and nutty.
