8 Years

Years of Anna's Coffee Roastery

On April 7, 2017, I founded my coffee roastery in Bad Dürkheim – a city that reminds me of my Armenian homeland. I warmly invite you to discover the world of coffee with us!

100 percent

Crafts

Our slow roasting process barely alters the coffee bean's structure. The beans remain firm and retain valuable nutrients and vitamins such as B6, B12, B2, B3, and B5. The low temperatures between 164 and 177 °C (329 and 350 °F) allow oxygen to penetrate only slowly – unlike at high temperatures above 200 °C (400 °F).

30 minutes

Minutes roasting time

We roast small batches (1.5–2 kg) slowly at 164–180°C for 27–30 minutes. The short phase at 180°C lasts a maximum of 4 minutes, after which the machine cools down. This preserves the essential oils – for particularly digestible and aromatic coffee.

Mit 10 Jahren habe ich meine ersten Kaffeebohnen geröstet – über offenem Feuer in Armenien.

Founder & Roasting Master

Anna Alikhanyan

At the age of 10, I roasted my first coffee beans – over an open fire in Armenia. Even then, I knew:

A good coffee enhances the quality of life, brings connoisseurs together, and creates rituals. It connects cultures from all over the world. Coffee gives us sociability and a spiritual retreat from everyday stress. For me, coffee is not just a pleasure, but a positive emotion.

Today, I live and share this passion with all coffee lovers. Through my coffee seminars, I share my knowledge, appreciation for the work of coffee farmers, and awareness of the ultimate coffee experience. My coffee roasts reveal the secrets of nature and bring color to our lives—and it all began with a cup of mocha in Dilijan, Armenia.

“Coffee connects people, awakens the senses, and provides moments of happiness.”
