This special Arabica comes from the traditional Finca Ceylan y Anexos, owned by the Echeverria family since 1870. The beans grow under shady banana trees—a clever system that both enhances the aroma and protects biodiversity.
With its mild, balanced taste and delicate sweetness, this coffee is equally delicious as an espresso or filter coffee .
The farm is strongly committed to its employees and their families: through educational projects, housing construction and drinking water supply.
