Our Yin and Yang Gourmet Espresso combines the powerful intensity of 50% Canephora with the delicate elegance of 50% monsooned Arabica. The result: a medium-bodied, full-bodied espresso with exceptional character.
Origin: India, Malabar Coast – Kerala & Balehonnur
Roasting: 27–30 minutes, gently in 1.5 kg batches
Strength: 4 out of 5 – balanced, strong & very harmonious
Aromas: roasted almonds, caramel, earthy nuances

For orders under 150 € we charge a flat shipping fee of 5.99 €.
